Welcome to AQX Logistics. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and shipping services. By registering an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You agree to use our platform solely for lawful shipping and logistics purposes. You are strictly prohibited from shipping illegal goods, hazardous materials without proper documentation (such as Lithium Batteries), or any items restricted by international law or customs regulations.
All transactions are processed securely via our verified payment gateway partners. By topping up your wallet or paying for a shipment directly via credit card, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. We are not responsible for overdraft fees or insufficient funds.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your customs declarations (including item values, quantities, and HS codes). Any penalties, fines, or additional duties levied by customs authorities due to inaccurate declarations will be billed to your account.
Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is strictly limited to the baseline insurance provided by the carrier (e.g., DHL). Additional insurance can be purchased at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or non-payment of invoices.
