How do I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment directly from your Client Portal. Simply log in, navigate to the Dashboard, and click on any active shipment to view real-time status updates.

Do you provide custom shipping rates?

Yes. AQX Logistics operates on a volume-based custom rate model. If you do not have a rate card uploaded to your profile, please contact our support team to get one configured.

What items are restricted from shipping?

We comply with international aviation and shipping regulations. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, and prohibited agricultural items cannot be shipped. Please check our terms for a complete list.

How is dimensional weight calculated?

Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the length, width, and height of your package (in cm) and dividing by our standard volumetric divisor (usually 5000). You will be charged the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight.
