Claims Policy
AQX Logistics takes the utmost care in handling your shipments. However, in the rare event of loss or damage, our claims process is designed to be straightforward and fair.
1. Filing a Claim
All claims for damage or loss must be filed within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Claims submitted after this window will not be processed.
2. Required Documentation
- The original AQX tracking number.
- Photographic evidence of damage to the item and the packaging.
- Proof of the item's value (commercial invoice or receipt).
3. Liability Limits
Unless additional insurance is purchased at the time of shipping, AQX Logistics' liability is strictly limited to the standard industry rate per kilogram. We are not liable for consequential losses, loss of profit, or damage to prohibited items.
